PDL Corporate Disclosure — 9 June 2024

The company has informed, among others, that the production of the factory had to be completely stopped due to the gas supply being cut off without notice in the area of the factory from April 28, 2024 to till now. They have also mentioned that they are fully dependent on gas based captive power.

কোম্পানিটি অন্যান্যদের মধ্যে জানিয়েছে যে, 28 এপ্রিল, 2024 থেকে এখন পর্যন্ত কারখানার এলাকায় বিনা নোটিশে গ্যাস সরবরাহ বন্ধ থাকায় কারখানার উত্পাদন সম্পূর্ণভাবে বন্ধ করতে হয়েছিল। তারা গ্যাস ভিত্তিক ক্যাপটিভ পাওয়ারের উপর সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভরশীল বলেও উল্লেখ করেছে।
