The Company has further informed that 8,903,016 shares of the Company, held by late Engineer Mosharraf Hossain, one of the Sponsors of the Company, have been transmitted to the BO account of his nominee, Mrs. Ayesha Sultana (Wife of late Engineer Mosharraf Hossain), a Sponsor Director of the Company by way of nomination as per the news disseminated by DSE on September 17, 2026.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, ডিএসই কর্তৃক ১৭ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত সংবাদ অনুযায়ী, কোম্পানির অন্যতম স্পনসর প্রয়াত ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মোশাররফ হোসেনের মালিকানাধীন কোম্পানির ৮,৯০৩,০১৬টি শেয়ার মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে তাঁর মনোনীত ব্যক্তি, কোম্পানির স্পনসর ডিরেক্টর মিসেস আয়েশা সুলতানার (প্রয়াত ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মোশাররফ হোসেনের স্ত্রী) বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে স্থানান্তর করা হয়েছে।
