PHARMAID Corporate Disclosure — 5 February 2014

Trading of shares of the Company has been suspended with effect from today (February 05, 2014) and shall remain suspended until further notice as the Company has created impediments for DSE in carrying out its normal activities in relation to listed Companies through not allowing DSE official to conduct an official factory premise inspection. The issuer has failed to comply with its continuing obligations in respect of listing regulations by preventing the Exchange from carrying out its essential work to protect the greater interest of investors. A show-cause notice has also been served upon the Company by the Exchange to clarify their position in this regard.
