The auditor of the Pharma Aids Limited has given the "Qualified Opinion" and "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2022. Basis for Qualified Opinion: I) The Company has debit balance with related party of Tk. 27,972,411 shown as other receivable in note no. 4.00 in these financial statement, which should be disclosed as related party transaction disclosure in note no. 36.00.
