PHARMAID Corporate Disclosure — 21 September 2023

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to come to an agreement with a private limited company for toll manufacturing of glass ampoules because the demand for glass ampoules is currently more than the company's production capacity. The toll manufacturing agreement shall be effective from October 1, 2023 for a trial period of 6 months till March 31, 2024, and may be revalidated subject to satisfactory outcome.

কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ একটি প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড কোম্পানির সাথে গ্লাস অ্যাম্পুল তৈরির টোল দেওয়ার জন্য একটি চুক্তিতে আসার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে কারণ বর্তমানে গ্লাস অ্যাম্পুলের চাহিদা কোম্পানির উৎপাদন ক্ষমতার চেয়ে বেশি। টোল উত্পাদন চুক্তিটি 1 অক্টোবর, 2023 থেকে 31 মার্চ, 2024 পর্যন্ত 6 মাসের ট্রায়াল সময়ের জন্য কার্যকর হবে এবং সন্তোষজনক ফলাফল সাপেক্ষে পুনরায় বৈধ করা হতে পারে।
