The auditor of the Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 31 December 2020. Emphasis of Matter: In line with Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 u/s 232 & 234 the company has yet to incorporate Workers' Profit Participation Fund (WPPF) and gratuity fund.
