Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) has accorded its consent to transfer of total 8,15,625 pledged shares of Phoenix Insurance Company Limited from transferors/pledgors-Mrs. Shamima Rahman (2,22,480 shares), Mr. Abdur Rahaman (77,520 shares) and Mr. M.A. Majid (5,15,625 shares) (all are Sponsors/Directors of the said Company) to Prime Finance & Investment Limited (Pledgee) outside the trading system of the Exchange under the regulation 42(2)(b) of Listing Regulations of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited.
