The auditor of the Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion & Emphasis of Matter" paragraph in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on December 31, 2022. "Basis for Qualified Opinion: 1. As per Section 181 of the Companies Act, 1994 every Company has to maintain proper books of account which is necessary to give a true and fair view opinion on the state of the affairs of the company and to explain its transactions. ফিনিক্স ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি লিমিটেডের নিরীক্ষক 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2022-এ শেষ হওয়া বছরের জন্য নিরীক্ষকের প্রতিবেদনে "বস্তুর যোগ্য মতামত ও জোর" অনুচ্ছেদ দিয়েছেন৷ "যোগ্য মতামতের ভিত্তি: 1. কোম্পানিগুলির ধারা 181 অনুযায়ী আইন, 1994 প্রতিটি কোম্পানিকে সঠিক হিসাব বই বজায় রাখতে হবে যা কোম্পানির অবস্থার উপর একটি সত্য ও ন্যায্য মতামত দিতে এবং তার লেনদেন ব্যাখ্যা করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়।
