PHENIXINS Corporate Disclosure — 25 September 2025

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held 24th September 2025 has decided to sell the 8th storied commercial building measuring 8.61 katha (joint owner 50:50 i.e., Phoenix Insurance and Phoenix Finance) named "Phoenix Bhaban" at 12 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka-1000 to enhance the invest income by diversifying the investments and meet up other liabilities of the company.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৪শে সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের সভায় বিনিয়োগের বৈচিত্র্যকরণ এবং কোম্পানির অন্যান্য দায় মেটানোর মাধ্যমে বিনিয়োগ আয় বৃদ্ধির জন্য ১২ দিলকুশা বাসা, ঢাকা-১০০০-এ অবস্থিত "ফিনিক্স ভবন" নামে ৮.৬১ কাঠা আয়তনের ৮ম তলা বিশিষ্ট বাণিজ্যিক ভবন (যৌথ মালিকানাধীন ৫০:৫০ অর্থাৎ, ফিনিক্স ইন্স্যুরেন্স এবং ফিনিক্স ফাইন্যান্স) বিক্রি করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।
