The Company has informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has approved the Information Memorandum (IM) of the Company for issuance of Floating Rate Non-Convertible Redeemable Coupon Bearing Subordinated Bond of Tk. 200.00 crore only divided into 400 Bonds of Tk. 50,00,000.00 each through Private Placement to other than existing Shareholders of the Company to meet the capital requirements of the Company.
