ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ লিমিটেড (ডিএসই) 'পিএইচপি পাওয়ার জেনারেশন প্ল্যান্ট লিমিটেড' ফান্ডের স্পনসর থেকে পিএইচপি ফার্স্ট মিউচুয়াল ফান্ডের মোট 28,923,138 ইউনিট স্থানান্তর করার সম্মতি দিয়েছে। (স্থানান্তরকারী) নতুন স্পনসর 'পিএইচপি এনওএফ কন্টিনিউয়াস গ্যালভানাইজিং মিলস লিমিটেড'কে (হস্তান্তরকারী) ডিএসই কর্তৃক অনুমোদন পত্র জারির তারিখ থেকে 30 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে একীভূতকরণ সংক্রান্ত আদালতের আদেশ কার্যকর করার ক্ষেত্রে উপহারের উপায় ব্যতীত। বিএসইসির অনুমোদন (চলবে)
