(Continuation news of PIONEERINS): Disclosure on recommendation of Bonus share: i) Reason for declaring of Bonus share is to increase the Paid-up Capital of the Company which will strengthen its financial status both in Bangladesh and global Insurance market. ii) Bonus share is declared out of accumulated profit.
