(PLFSL: Basis of Qualification): The auditor of the company has given the following "Basis of Qualification" paragraph in the audit report of the company for the year ended on 31 December 2016: Basis of Qualification: i) The cost value of the subsidiary company PLFS investment was Tk. 160,597,500.00. Total equity of this subsidiary as on 31.12.2016 was Tk. 90,723,534.00 and as a result investment was reduced by Tk. 69,873,966.00. Provision against these investments were not made (cont.1)
