PLFSL Corporate Disclosure — 22 June 2022

(DSENEWS): Referring to the earlier news disseminated on 06.06.2022 regarding Trading suspension of Shares of the Company, upon authorization of the Board, the Management of DSE has decided to extend the suspension period of trading of shares of the Company for further period of 15 days effective from today i.e., June 22, 2022 in accordance with Sub-Section (7) & (8) of the Section 9 of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 and Regulation 50 of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015.

(DSENEWS): 06.06.2022 তারিখে কোম্পানির শেয়ারের লেনদেন স্থগিতের বিষয়ে প্রচারিত পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের উল্লেখ করে, বোর্ডের অনুমোদনের ভিত্তিতে, ডিএসই-এর ব্যবস্থাপনা কোম্পানির শেয়ারের লেনদেনের স্থগিতাদেশের মেয়াদ আরও সময়ের জন্য বাড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ অর্ডিন্যান্স, 1969 এর ধারা 9 এবং ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাকরণ) প্রবিধানের প্রবিধান 50 এর উপ-ধারা (7) এবং (8) অনুসারে আজ থেকে 22 জুন, 2022 কার্যকর 15 দিনের মধ্যে, 2015।
