The company has informed that Honorable High Court Divisions of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh reconstituted the Board of the company where the name and designation of the Board members are as follows: 1. Mr. Hasan Shaheed Ferdous, Retired Senior District and Sessions Judge as Chairman; 2. Dr. Kazi Anowarul Hoque, Former Additional Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh as Member; 3.
