Refer to their eatrlier news disseminated by DSE on 24.12.2023 regarding decision to hold EGM for approval of name change and others, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Bank has informed the company that the issue of Peoples Leasing and Financial Services Limited is under subjudice, so there is no scope of changing the name of the company.
