The Board of Directors of the company in its 106th Meeting held on at 15th July 2026 has decided "Resolved that, the Board noted that the Company has received Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from certain Sponsor Shareholders expressing their willingness to be considered for inclusion on the Board of Directors of the Company.
