(Continuation news of POPULARLIF): Since legal proceedings are currently ongoing, there is a possibility of an inflow of economic benefits into the Company which represents a contingent asset and should not be recorded but rather written off. Note: 17: Sundry Debtors: Amount was Tk. 91,332,160.00 on 31 December 2018 and Tk. 87,046,712.00 on 31 December 2017. The above amount represents money embezzled by different employees from collection of premium. (cont. 2)
