(Continuation news of POWERGRID): Emphasis of Matter: We draw attention to the following matter, though our opinion is not qualified in respect of the same: In note # 25 to the financial statements the company discloses BDT 12,429,618 'Administrative expenses' which consists of rent, rates and taxes. Out of this amount, office rent expenses of GMD offices comprise of BDT 6,005,039. This arrangement conveys the right to control the use of an identified asset for (cont.24)
