(Continuation news of POWERGRID): we could not verify such liabilities' closing balance. On the other hand, in note#21.1 to the financial statements, the Company discloses the provision for Workers' Profit Participation Fund. The Company has stated to have formed a separate Trustand Trust meeting minutes are available, but no Trust Deed was found in this regard. The Company makes full contributions with regard to workers' profit participation, workers' welfare and Bangladesh (cont.22)
