(Continuation news of POWERGRID): against the transmission infrastructure purchased by the Company from Bangladesh Power Development Board as follows: "It is resolved that against the balance due of Bangladesh Power Development Board arrived from six vendor agreements for purchase of transmission infrastructure Tk. 251,81,40,000.00 only shares Nos. 25,18,14,000 each Tk. 10.00 in face value of the company to be issued in favor of Bangladesh Power Development Board".
