The auditor of the Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" & "Emphasis of matters" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June, 2022. Basis for Qualified Opinion: 1. As disclosed in note # 3.1 to the financial statements, the Company has capitalized foreign exchange loss amounting to BDT 4,600,223,317 up to 30 June 2022 including BDT 3,181,554,356 for the year 2021-2022 under Capital works-in-progress (note # 5) (Cont.1)
