POWERGRID Corporate Disclosure — 13 November 2022

(Continuation news of POWERGRID): the Company has disclosed loan recognition policy and 'Term loan-interest bearing' comprising of the loans provided by the development partners, loan taken from the Government of Bangladesh, Assigned Loans, and loans from some other parties. In the case of recognizing loans, the Company recognized the loans when the Company issued payment certificates/withdrawal notifications, (Cont.20)
