POWERGRID Corporate Disclosure — 13 November 2022

(Continuation news of POWERGRID): even though the loans were disbursed at later dates by the development partners which creates overstatements of loan balance by undisbursed portion as at 30 June 2022. Also, no exchange gain/(loss) was calculated on such overstatement of foreign currency loan of equivalent BDT 8,742,442,047. However, the loan interest calculations thereon have been correctly made from the disbursement dates. (end)
