POWERGRID Corporate Disclosure — 29 April 2025

(cont. news of POWERGRID): The net operating cash flow per share has increased in this reporting period by Tk. 5.63 in comparison to the reporting period of last financial year. The reasons for this increase is the increase in cash received from customers & other income by BDT 5,757,646,396 & 76,168,894 respectively and the decrease in payment to suppliers & employees by Tk. 913,909,260.
