Mr. A S M Mohiuddin Monem, one of the Directors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed his receipt 46,722 shares and 21,968 shares of the Company from his Mother Mrs. Fauzia Mahereennessa and Spouse Mrs. Asma Monem, respectively both are General Shareholders of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange, as per declaration disseminated on 31.10.2019.
