(Continuation news of PRAGATIINS): Reasons for Deviations in EPS and NAVPS: EPS has been decreased due to a decline in premium income and an increase in claims. NAVPS has been decreased due to issuance of new shares through stock dividend, which increased the paid-up capital. This issuance of new shares led to a dilution of existing shareholders' ownership.
