(Continuation news of PRAGATILIF): ii) That the Company has declared such stock dividend or bonus shares out of the accumulated surplus and iii) That the Company has not declared such stock dividend or bonus shares form capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned prior to anything so that the post-dividend retained earnings become negative or a debit balance.
