PRAGATILIF Corporate Disclosure — 12 October 2023

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to spend approximately 28 crores for building construction and other incidental expenses on its own land at Gulshan 1, Plot No. 13, Road No. 18 and 21, as per the design approved by RAJUK, subject to prior approval of Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority.
