PREBPBOND Record Date Disclosure

The Premier Bank PLC. has informed all investors and bondholders of the Premier Bank Perpetual Bond that the coupon payment for the 6th Half-Year period will be calculated for the period from 27th June 2024 to 26th December 2024. The Record Date for determining eligibility for the coupon payment will be 26th December 2024. Only bondholders whose names appear in the Depository Register of the Bank on the Record Date will be entitled to receive the coupon payment at an annual rate of 10.00%.
