PREBPBOND Record Date Disclosure

The Premier Bank PLC. has informed all investors/bondholders of Public Offer of Premier Bank Perpetual Bond, that the coupon payment for the 7th Half Year period will be calculated from 27th December 2024 to 26th June 2025 for the eligible investors. The Record Date for entitlement of coupon of the Bond will be 26th June 2025. The bondholders, whose name would appear in the Depository Register of the Bank on the Record Date, will be entitled to receive the coupon payment @ 10.00% p.a.

প্রিমিয়ার ব্যাংক পিএলসি প্রিমিয়ার ব্যাংক পারপেচুয়াল বন্ডের পাবলিক অফারের সকল বিনিয়োগকারী/বন্ডহোল্ডারদের অবহিত করেছে যে, যোগ্য বিনিয়োগকারীদের জন্য ৭ম অর্ধ-বার্ষিক সময়ের জন্য কুপন পেমেন্ট ২৭ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৪ থেকে ২৬ জুন ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত গণনা করা হবে। বন্ডের কুপন পাওয়ার রেকর্ড তারিখ হবে ২৬ জুন ২০২৫। যে সকল বন্ডহোল্ডারদের নাম রেকর্ড তারিখে ব্যাংকের ডিপোজিটরি রেজিস্টারে থাকবে, তারা ১০.০০% বার্ষিক হারে কুপন পেমেন্ট পাওয়ার অধিকারী হবেন।
