Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 09.05.2019 regarding issuance of Non-convertible Subordinated Bond, the Company has further informed that BSEC vide its letter No. BSEC/CI/DS-106/2019/427 dated July 03, 2019 accorded consent to the Company for issuance of Non-Convertible, Floating rate, Subordinated Bond of Tk. 500.00 crore at issue price of Tk. 1.00 crore per bond through private placement.
