The Company has informed that BSEC vide its letter No. BSEC/CI/DS-03/2013/723 dated December 21, 2016 accorded consent for issuance of Non-Convertible Subordinated Bond of Tk. 500.00 crore at issue price of Tk. 1.00 crore per Bond through private placement for raising capital of the company. The consent has been accorded subject to compliance with the relevant laws and regulatory requirements and also adhere to the conditions imposed by BSEC under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.
