With reference to their earlier news (Disseminated by DSE on April 26, 2016) the Company has further informed that the Board of Directors has approved issuance of additional Non-Convertible Subordinated Bond worth of Tk. 500.00 crore instead of earlier declared Tk. 300.00 crore to strengthen the Capital Structure (Tier 2) of the Company subject to approval of the Regulatory Authorities.
