BSEC has given consent to The Premier Bank Ltd. for raising Capital of Tk. 200.00 crore by issuing Non-convertible Subordinated Bond through private placement @ Tk. 1.00 crore per bond as issue price of the said bond. The consent has been accorded subject to the condition that the company shall comply with the relevant laws and regulatory requirements and also shall adhere to the conditions under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.
