(Continuation news of PREMIERBAN): The consent has been accorded subject to compliance with the relevant laws and regulatory requirements and shall adhere to the conditions imposed by the BSEC in its consent letter, under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969. The purpose of raising fund is to have regulatory capital support of the Bank under Tier 2 category of BASEL III. (end)
