The company has informed that the Board of Directors by consensus, decided to hold off on the decision taken regarding the following matters: 1) To consider/adopt Bank's annual audited financial statements for the year 2024 and to consider recommendation of dividend. 2) To call 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank and fixation of (i) Date, Time and Venue of AGM and (ii) Record date of AGM.
