PREMIERBAN Corporate Disclosure — 2 June 2025

Refer to their earlier news disseminated on 01.06.2025, the Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on June 01, 2025 at 6:00 PM as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2025, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

০১.০৬.২০২৫ তারিখে প্রকাশিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের আলোকে, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, অনিবার্য কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৬(১) অনুসারে, ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত প্রথম প্রান্তিকের (Q1) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন বিবেচনা করার জন্য ১ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখে সন্ধ্যা ৬:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা ছিল এমন সভা স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। সভার নতুন তারিখ এবং সময় পরে জানানো হবে।
