Refer to their earlier news disseminated on 29.07.2025, the Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on July 30, 2025 at 7:00 PM as per LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2024, has been postponed.
