The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved revaluation of property, Plant and Equipment of the Company as at June 30, 2020. The revaluation was done by Chartered Accountancy firm Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co. and value considering the "Market Approach" as well as the replacement of Cost Approach depending on the nature of Assets.
