(Continuation news of PREMIERCEM): Tk. 4.21 (restated) respectively for the same period of the previous year. The Company has also informed that from Premier Cement Mills Limited's total investment of 40% i.e. 70,00,000 shares in the associate Company's (National Cement Mills Ltd.) share capital, the Board has decided to offload 25% i.e. 43,75,000 shares of Tk. 10.00 each to the other shareholders of National Cement Mills Ltd. Subject to approval of the shareholders in the AGM. (end)
