Mr. Zahur Ahamed, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has reported that he has completed his transfer of 5,00,000 shares of the Company to his sons Mr. Mohammed Nizamuddin Ishty (2,50,000 shares) and Mr. Mohammed Moinuddin Chisty (2,50,000 shares), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange (CSE), as announced earlier.
