Mr. Zahur Ahamed, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer 5,00,000 shares out of his total holding of 26,56,920 shares of the Company to his sons Mr. Mohammed Nizamuddin Ishty (2,50,000 shares) and Mr. Mohammed Moinuddin Chisty (2,50,000 shares), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by CSE.
