Abu Obida, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer 5,030,000 shares out of his total holding of 23,362,500 shares of the Company to his sisters Mrs. Farhana Afroze (2,515,000 shares) & Mrs. Roksana Afrose (2,515,000 shares) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by CSE.
