PREMIERCEM Corporate Disclosure — 9 February 2022

(Continuation news of PREMIERCEM): This issue will reduce the financial expenses of the company and increase the profitability. The preference shares to be subscribed by the prospective investors will have a tenor of 5 years and a dividend rate of 6.25 % p.a.-7 .75 % p.a. Dividend will be paid semi-annually starting from the end of six months of respective disbursement(s) while principal will be redeemed semi-annually in equal installments commencing from end of the 18th month from (Cont.3)
