Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 14.02.2023 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that in compliance with the honorable court order due to conduction of AGM for the financial year ended June 30, 2022, unable to holding the AGM within the statutory time frame as stipulated under Section 81 of the Companies Act, 1994, which mandates the holding of an AGM within a period not less than nine months (cont.1)
