PREMIERCEM AGM Disclosure

(cont. news of PREMIERCEM): to an application under Section 81(2), read with Section 85(3) & 396 of the Companies Act, 1994, for the delay in holding the AGM for the calendar year 2022. As a result, they were also unable to submit the returns to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) within the prescribed time limits. In compliance with the aforementioned Honorable Court order, the company now intend to convene the AGM while ensuring full adherence (cont.3)
