Mr. Mohammed Jahangir Alam, one of the Sponsors Director of the Company, has reported his intention to transfer 20,00,000 shares out of his total holding of 98,25,313 shares of the Company to his daughter Mrs. Sadman Syka Sefa (10,00,000 shares) and his son Mr. Salehin Musfique Sadaf (10,00,000 shares), (both are General Shareholders of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by CSE.

কোম্পানির অন্যতম উদ্যোক্তা পরিচালক জনাব মোহাম্মদ জাহাঙ্গীর আলম, সিএসই কর্তৃক অনুমোদন পত্র জারির তারিখ থেকে পরবর্তী ৩০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে উপহার হিসেবে তার ৯৮,২৫,৩১৩টি শেয়ারের মধ্যে ২০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার তার মেয়ে মিসেস সাদমান সাইকা সেফা (১০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার) এবং তার ছেলে জনাব সালেহীন মুশফিক সাদাফ (১০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার) কে হস্তান্তর করার ইচ্ছা প্রকাশ করেছেন।
