Mr. Mohammed Jahangir Alam, one of the Sponsors Director of the Company, has further reported that he has completed his transfer of 20,00,000 shares of the Company to his daughter Mrs. Sadman Syka Sefa (10,00,000 shares) and his son Mr. Salehin Musfique Sadaf (10,00,000 shares), (both are General Shareholders of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange (CSE) as per declaration disseminated on 04.03.2025.

কোম্পানির অন্যতম উদ্যোক্তা পরিচালক জনাব মোহাম্মদ জাহাঙ্গীর আলম আরও জানিয়েছেন যে তিনি ০৪.০৩.২০২৫ তারিখে প্রচারিত ঘোষণা অনুসারে, এক্সচেঞ্জের (CSE) ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে উপহার হিসেবে তার মেয়ে মিসেস সাদমান সাইকা সেফা (১০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার) এবং তার ছেলে জনাব সালেহীন মুশফিক সাদাফ (১০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার) এর কাছে কোম্পানির ২০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার হস্তান্তর সম্পন্ন করেছেন।
