The company has informed that the Board of Directors' meeting of the company held on March 13, 2025 took the following decisions: a) The Proposed Amalgamation of the National Cement Mills Limited and Premier Power Generation Limited, with Premier Cement Mills PLC continuing as the surviving entity, be and is hereby approved, subject to consent of the Shareholders of the Company, the requisite approval of the Bangladesh Securities Exchange Commission (BSEC), the creditors of the Company, (cont.1)
